Itsy By Treebo - Tao Residency Baga

The person I called to confirm my hotel booking was rude and refused to confirm it. He started lecturing me about booking during peak season and how reservations can't be confirmed. Since there was no prepayment option, I didn't know how to pay. He acted like he knew everything, but was just talking nonsense. Avoid this place at all costs! Horrible customer service.

One of the best stays ever! It's located right on Baga Street, very close to the beach and Titos Lane. I loved the rooms and the overall hospitality. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have all the amenities.

The room's interior was good, but the cleanliness was terrible. There were cockroaches in the room, and I found hair from the previous guest on the bed and in the room. The bedsheet and blanket were very dirty, and the floor was sticky. When I called room service to clean the floor, they used a towel to do it. It was a very bad experience at Tao Residency, especially since I stayed there with my small kids. The only good thing was that I stayed for just one day. I�ve shared my review with photos on Treebo.
