Very bad experience. I asked for a website based on two examples. I had previously worked with Jayam Web Solutions on a similar project. When I asked for a quotation, the person kept asking for my budget instead of telling me the cost. I asked twice for the price, but he didn't respond properly. I felt disrespected. As someone in sales, I don't ask customers for their budget first, I just provide the cost. This is not the right way to treat customers. Even one star feels too much for such poor service. Please treat customers better.
