JEWELLERS GOLDEN SPARKLE

I visited this store today and had a great experience. The staff and Mr. Virendra were polite and helpful. We enjoyed looking at the collection and making a purchase. They sell hallmarked jewelry, and the weights and hallmarks are checked with the customer during the purchase. The billing was clear and transparent. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I don�t have much issue with the product, but the staff's behavior, especially one female, was disappointing. She seemed uninterested and lacked the warmth you expect when you need help in a store. Her attitude made me question my visit. A business succeeds not just by offering good products, but also by providing great customer service. Also, customers shouldn�t be judged if they�re buying something of lower value today. They might return later to buy more expensive items or recommend the store to others. I wish more people focused on excellent customer service.

The owner has a big attitude and is very arrogant. He trains the staff himself. They promise to give a proper bill, but the bill doesn't include GST on labor charges, which is fraud. They are cheating customers. I advise not to visit.
