I visited Joyalukkas in Kanchipuram and had a great experience with Ms. Joshna. They have good collections to choose from, and the customer care and support were excellent.

I bought a silver anklet and kada yesterday and gave my old silver anklet for exchange. They deducted 35% for melting charges and reduced 3 rupees per gram. My old jewelry weighed about 93 grams, which was worth only 3000 rupees. It felt like a big scam. Beware and avoid buying here.
