KAMATCHI (Non-Veg Restaurant)White Town branch

We tried the lunch menu at Kamatchi Restaurant and were impressed by the variety and uniqueness of the dishes. The prawn kamatchi and chicken kamatchi were very different from anything I�ve had before, and they were delicious with the perfect balance of flavors. For the non-veg meal, the fish gravy was amazing, so I would recommend getting the fish meal instead. I wouldn�t recommend the biryani, as it was unique but didn�t taste like a proper biryani, though you can try it if you want. I suggest going exactly at 12 noon for lunch, as it gets crowded quickly. The service was very courteous. It�s worth every penny and a must-try in Pondicherry.

The staff who take the orders are very arrogant. The food is very poor and below average. There are limited food options, even though the menu board shows a big variety of dishes.

This was one of the worst biryanis I�ve ever tasted. I don�t understand why this restaurant has so much hype. The waiters were rude and seemed unwilling to take orders. The food was not worth the high prices.
