Karlad Lake Resort - Wayanad

Last week, I visited the resort with a group of 38 family members. The resort is located in a peaceful and beautiful place near Karlad Lake. The facilities are great, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was delicious and of good quality. There are indoor games for kids and a rooftop swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and polite. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.

The room and food were good in terms of taste and quality. However, we were disappointed with a few things, which we reported. First, they gave us smelly blankets. The menu is very limited, and since the place is far from any market or restaurants, they should offer a wider variety of food and serve it throughout the day. The staff is also not very attentive. Breakfast is served at 8:30 am, and dinner at 8:30 pm, with no flexibility. With kids, it wasn't the best option, but we hope they make improvements after we shared our feedback with the management.

I�ve been trying to inquire about accommodation for a team for a long time, but despite multiple calls and messages, they haven�t bothered to reply. I�m not sure about the stay, but their customer support is very poor. Even if it's not available, they should at least respond and clarify.
