Kences Hotel

During our one day stay at Kences Hotel, we had a great experience. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, perfect for me and my two daughters. There was enough cupboard space, and the bed was comfortable. We chose the buffet package for meals and were impressed by the variety and tasty food at a good price. The staff were attentive and responsible, making our stay even better.

Our stay was not good at all. The WiFi wasn't working even after changing 2 rooms. The staff seemed irritated. On the morning of the 13th, during breakfast, we found a cockroach near the sandwiches. The waitress just brushed it aside and didn�t even wash her hands. This was unacceptable.

I lost my charger at the hotel, and when I called to ask about it, they simply said there was no charger in the room. I was sure I had left it there. This was the worst service I've ever received, and the staff was rude during my stay too.
