Weve been traveling around India on a small budget, so were used to staying in simple places for about 1,000 rupees a night, and thats fine. However, Kiara was the most expensive place we stayed at, costing almost 3,000 rupees a night, which was too much for what we got. \nThe best part was the manager, who was friendly and helpful, letting us check in late and helping us find a laundry service. The location was okay, a bit further from the main area but still close to the beach and restaurants. \nBut for 3,000 rupees, we expected better. There was no soap, no hot water, Wi-Fi that didnt work, sheets with stains and cigarette burns, stained towels, bugs, and a broken bedroom door that barely shut. The room smelled of cigarettes and had an ashtray inside. \nThe communal area was just a hallway with old equipment, and the rooftop was covered in bird droppings. The breakfast was the same every day, and they only offered chai, not coffee. \nWeve stayed in hostels half the price with clean sheets, hot water, working Wi-Fi, and a variety of breakfasts. I wouldnt mind staying here if it were a third of the price, but it's way too overpriced for what it offers.

We stayed at Kiara BnB for three nights and four days, and I must say the rooms were up to standard, with a fully working A/C, fan, and charging points. The room was clean when we arrived, and we had no issues with the service. The washroom was also clean, and they provided towels. \nOverall, our experience was peaceful, and the manager, Kunal, was very helpful. The staff was also welcoming. The place is close to good cafes, restaurants, and the beach. If you're looking for a peaceful and affordable stay, this is a great option.

This is the worst hotel in Goa. First, they canceled my booking. When I left a review on booking.com, they rudely asked for a good review. They even used offensive language about a community. Please avoid this hotel.
