We are regular customers at Kobbler, and they never disappoint us. It�s one of the best shops for footwear. Mr. Prakash at the Shanthi Colony store was very helpful.

Today, my day started with the worst shopping experience at Kobbler. It was completely different from my previous visits. However, as I posted earlier, the MD spoke to me and addressed all my complaints. That was a good gesture. Pranams

We had a very bad experience at Kobbler Anna Nagar. The staff were nice and helpful, but the man at the billing counter made a mistake. He billed us for items we didn�t buy and missed the item we actually purchased. Since we were with family and children, we didn�t notice the missing item until we got home late at night. The next morning, we went back, but the shop wasn�t open. My daughter went in the afternoon to ask about the missing item, and we found out that the item we bought wasn�t billed, but an item we didn�t purchase was. The man who billed us stubbornly argued that we had taken the wrong item. Finally, the sales staff who helped us brought the correct item and said that�s what we had actually selected, not the one on the bill. The issue was resolved, but we were really hurt by the man�s behavior. Of course, we should have checked the items when they were delivered, but the way he acted upset us a lot.
