I went to the hospital for a high temperature. The doctors spent a good amount of time diagnosing the issue and were very polite. A nurse named Helen took great care while giving me a shot and gave me a lot of helpful advice. I felt relieved after the visit. I really appreciate the great service

The staff at this lab are very lazy and unhelpful. They just sit around and make patients wait for hours. No one can find a vein properly to take blood. A girl will often call another staff member to help, and it can take them over 15 minutes to find a vein. The staff's behavior is really bad. I end up spending 5 to 6 hours in this hospital just for a sugar test.
