Kuruva Island Resort and Spa

We had high hopes for our stay, but the experience was disappointing. The staff was welcoming and polite, and the food at the restaurant was tasty, though they used too much oil. They did adjust after we mentioned it. \nThe room had a strong odor, which they tried to cover up with room freshener. They offered a free upgrade to a pool villa, but with a small child, it didn�t feel safe. \nThe Jacuzzi didn�t have water at first, and after fixing that, there was no hot water in the bathroom or Jacuzzi For the price we paid (around 15k per night with breakfast), these issues were unacceptable. Overall, it didn�t feel like a luxury experience or worth the money, and we were very disappointed.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The resort had a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. It's a great place to unwind and recharge.

It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay with friendly staff and good food. During the rain, we enjoyed indoor games. The rooms were spacious. Anoop took us on a wonderful safari, sharing interesting historical information and stories, making the experience enjoyable. Definitely coming back again.
