La Sunila Suites

The experience was poor from the desk to the room. We arrived early as discussed on the phone, but the person at the desk refused to check us in and we had to wait for over an hour. The surroundings were not clean or well-maintained. The poolside tiles were slippery due to poor cleaning. The rooms were not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, more like a 2 or 3-star. The breakfast was also disappointing, with many items already finished by 9 am. Overall, it was a bad experience at the hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay for 3 days. The rooms were neat and clean, with all the modern amenities. It was perfect for our family. Mr. Budhadev in the restaurant was very helpful with the breakfast servings.

Very bad experience. When we entered the room, there was a honey bee and a terrible smell. We had to contact the reception multiple times for different issues.
