I had the worst experience at this salon. The person named Madhuri did my manicure, but she didn't do it properly. She even argued with me and didn't know how to talk properly. It was a waste of money. The staff was not experienced, and I will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

I came for a hair wash and blow dry as I had an urgent marriage function. The salon was empty, but the staff still refused to serve me, saying I didn't have an appointment. I understand appointments are important, but there's something called basic etiquette. I'm a regular customer and didn't expect this kind of service from Lakme.
