The quality of the product is fine, but the service is terrible. I asked them to print a catalog on 170gsm paper, but they printed it on 220gsm. It was a sample for a client and needed to be exactly as requested. When I showed them the bill that clearly mentioned 170gsm, they denied it and blamed me for not telling the operator.
