Le Pondy Beach Resort Pondicherry

For a holiday, this place is very good The scenery is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We had a river-facing room that was nicely decorated. Le Pondy Beach Resort is lovely. I had a great two-night stay here with my friends; it was fabulous and ideal for relaxation.

The location is amazing, with the sea on one side and backwaters on the other. Overall, the food is good, and everything is well maintained. It can be pricey depending on the season. The pool needs some maintenance, and the restaurant staff should be more aware of equipment that isn�t working and help with orders more quickly and accurately.

The pool villa has a nice pool, but the villa maintenance is not good for the price paid. The restaurant food was not good and caused food poisoning for two people in our group, so that�s a big no. The big pool is nice, but the resort is too far from the beach, and there�s no private or clean beach nearby. Some staff are very helpful, but the problems seem to come more from management than the service staff. The Western massage was good, but the Ayurvedic massage for men was not. Room maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, needs improvement. The pillows smelled moldy and needed to be changed. Communication was also an issue; we spoke Tamil, Hindi, and English, but still had problems.
