The rooms have simple and pretty interiors, with soft, fresh linens and good toiletries and bathroom fittings. The staff is polite, helpful, and respects your privacy. The breakfast menu is simple and mostly vegetarian. Overall, it was a good experience and one of the few good places in Hubbali.

The hotel is great, and the staff is friendly, but the service was disappointing. The rooms were good, but not cleaned properly and had a bad smell. We ordered drinks and snacks at the rooftop grill bar, but it took them an hour to serve the drinks, and the snacks were never served because they forgot to place the order. The staff didn�t help or communicate about the mistake. We also asked for two plates and spoons in our room, and it took 30 minutes for them to bring it, by which time we had already finished our dinner. The breakfast was average, with only two out of six items being good.

This is the worst hotel to stay at. They don�t guide you for parking and park their own vehicles, asking you to park outside. The service is very slow, and you have to ask for room service or restaurant orders multiple times. On top of that, they billed me twice and said it will take 7-10 days to refund. Please avoid staying at this hotel.
