The buildings are well maintained and look pretty new. The security staff is very helpful, and the residents are welcoming. It's a friendly neighborhood, and there's a McDonald's caf� right next door, which feels like part of the community.

The place is nice and the location is okay, but it feels empty. The escalators weren't working, and only a few shops were open. Overall, it was a dull and boring experience.
