Lulu Mall is a nice place to shop, but I had a bad experience this time. I left a bag at the baggage deposit, and it went missing. I called customer care, and they promised to check, but I didn�t get a reply. After a day, they told me it was the hypermarket�s responsibility, but I still haven�t heard anything back. So, be careful when leaving your bags at the deposit counter.

Lulu Mall Trivandrum is a great place for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The food court has a wide variety of cuisines, and there are also several standalone restaurants for a more refined dining experience. You can find both international and domestic brands here.
