Firstly, best wishes to the doctor on becoming the President of the Homeopath Association. The team is very good and attentive. The service is excellent. The doctor listens to our problems carefully and suggests the right medicines. He is dedicated and shows great social empathy.

The doctor does not respect anyone and becomes harsh if we ask questions. Even if he replies, it's often an unhelpful or rude response, which can be hurtful. However, the madam is very calm and kind. She answers all questions patiently and politely, and she is truly fit for the role of a doctor.

This doctor prescribes a lot of medicines without proper consultation and doesn't explain what they are for. He doesn't give a receipt or prescription and uses a ledger to track payments, hiding it from patients to avoid questions. You end up dealing with the pharmacy staff, who are not friendly and seem like they're just following orders. It feels like the doctor treats patients as a way to make money from his pharmacy inside the clinic. The medicine prices are also very high.
