The salesman in the diamond section on the 3rd floor was very rude. He gave vague answers about the Diwali offer and normal discount calculation. He was arrogant and made me feel unimportant, just because I was buying a ring with a smaller amount. I don't understand how 60k can be considered small. There also seemed to be bias against North Indians. The discount policy and Diwali offer were not clear. Very disappointing experience.

Very poor customer service. My friend and I waited for about 25 minutes just to see a simple gold pendant set. The staff was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. When we were finally attended to, the staff was dismissive and only showed us the same tray of jewelry, asking us to pick from that. We only got to see two pieces and then decided to leave without purchasing anything. The only positive part of the experience was the parking staff, who was helpful and friendly. Very frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.
