We had an excellent experience with our driver, Mr. Arjun, during our recent trip to India. He was very kind, kept the car in great condition, and drove carefully to ensure our safety. His professionalism and friendly attitude made our trip even better.

The driver was not good. He had deals with hotels and other places, and the charges for these were almost 1.5 to 2 times higher than the standard rates in those areas.

I chose this traveler based on the reviews, but my experience wasn't the same as most of the reviews. The driver was not very cooperative or understanding. I believe the service could have been much better. I did give my feedback directly to the owner, and he was willing to take corrective action with the driver. However, this affected the rest of my travel with the driver. Overall, it wasn�t a good experience.
