Disha has competed in various international baking competitions under the mentorship of world renowned Indian, French and American pastry chefs. Mannshaa, a bakery that was started from her own kitchen, stocks a wide range of the finest hand crafted desserts from around the world with globally sourced premium ingredients. The bakery offers Brownies, Cookies and Chocolates in addition to daily specials for immediate ordering.
