Very good products and service. I've ordered about 5 times and was impressed with the quality and delivery within 1 hour. The Elite membership is worth it. The app works perfectly, but I would like a more detailed menu with better photos. Also, please add an option in the app to only see items available and not those under the 'notify me' category.

I ordered an item and paid for it. After an hour, they called me and said the item was out of stock. If it's out of stock, why did they accept the order in the first place? It ruined all my plans. Uninstalling the app now.

Worst experience. I ordered 1 kg chicken and half kg mutton at 10 am. They said it was dispatched at 10:33 am, but I received it at 12:40 pm after repeatedly following up. No one was answering the calls, and when someone finally picked up, they said the delivery boy was not reachable, causing the delay.
