The staff is good and cooperative. The rooms are cozy and comfortable for a stay of one to three days. Saravana Bhavan hotel is right next to this place, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, it�s a great and happy place to stay.

The rooms were good, and we were happy with them, but the receptionist gave the worst response I've ever experienced. He had no manners in talking to customers. We were with family, waiting for room confirmation, and he didn�t respond at all. Our family had to wait outside on the road for 40 minutes while he was just passing time at 1:00 am before giving us the room. The management needs to take action against such behavior, or the hotel's reputation will suffer. I also took a picture of the person.

I would never recommend booking this hotel to anyone. I had a very bad experience during my 12 day South India tour. The room was poorly maintained, with cobwebs everywhere. The light switches, towel hangers, and plumbing fixtures were broken. The room wasn�t even mopped, and the bed sheets and covers had stains. I�m sharing some proof from room 109. The receptionist was rude and didn�t listen to any complaints. I paid Rs. 2810 through Yatra.com. Think carefully before booking this hotel they are just taking advantage of visitors. Yatra.com or any other online agency should remove them from their portal.
