We had lunch at the M M Legacy restaurant, which is located just opposite Meenakshi Medical College. We ordered tandoori chicken, soup, Malabar Paratha, and butter chicken. Everything tasted excellent. Rajasree took great care of us during lunch. She was prompt, polite, and helpful. We really enjoyed the food here.

Our stay at MM Legacy Hotel was very disappointing. We had booked in advance and specifically requested interconnected rooms, but when we arrived, we were told those rooms had already been given to someone else. This was just the beginning of the problems. \nThe restaurant experience was also frustrating. The QR code for the menu didn�t work, so we asked the front desk for a physical menu. They promised to bring it in 5 minutes, but after waiting 45 minutes, no one showed up. When the food finally came, the chapati was small, thin, and not worth the price. \nTo make matters worse, when we called the front desk to help with our luggage during checkout, we waited an hour but no one came. The hotel seems severely understaffed, and there was poor communication between the front desk and other staff. \nOverall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days, located on the Bangalore-Chennai highway. The rooms are decent, with proper hot water supply, and the food in the dining area is good. However, the hotel falls short on customer service. The staff needs better communication skills, especially in the dining area, where they often chat among themselves instead of focusing on the guests. \n \nAnother issue is the laundry service, which is supposed to be delivered by the next evening but is consistently delayed. On a positive note, the breakfast options are varied and quite good. The hotel also offers ample parking space and has banquet halls.
