Their approach to new customers is a bit questionable. Here�s my experience: I went to exchange my 24-gram chain. They offered 55k for the old chain and priced the new one at 98k, so I would have to pay 43k. Then I went to Kumaran Jewellers in Velachery, who offered 73k for my old chain and priced the new one at 87k after discount, so I only had to pay 14k. This shows a big difference in pricing
