I had a great experience with Mohankumar Construction from the 2D design to project completion. Their design team is flexible and open to suggestions, making sure I got the design I wanted. They used all the materials specified in the agreement without any compromise. Even though the project was delayed, they finished it with good quality as promised. Special thanks to Udayakumar sir for his helpful suggestions during the project, and to Arunachalam sir for managing the construction on-site and speeding up the process while maintaining quality.

There is no commitment to the work. They are missing skilled labor, and there are basic structural problems. There are wall cracks all over the building even during construction, plus water leakage issues and painting problems. A lot of rework was done, but no real solutions were found.
