We recently booked five rooms at this hotel for a function at our home in Hi-Tech City. Everyone was pleased with the excellent service and delicious food. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with many tasty choices. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the affordable pricing made it an even better option.

When we entered the room, cockroaches welcomed us. The maintenance was poor, and the room wasn't clean. It felt dusty and stale. I had to request a change of bedspread and pillow covers, but the cot was old and uncomfortable.

I had a very bad experience at Monday Hotels Hitech City. Someone scratched my car with a sharp object in their parking lot. The hotel team initially agreed to share the repair costs, but then they stopped answering my calls after I visited the service center in Bangalore. They also didn�t have CCTV coverage in the parking area where I had parked.
