If you're traveling to South Goa (Agonda) with your pets, this is the perfect place. We went there for the New Year with our 3 pets. It's a very homely and cozy place on a peaceful and serene beach. It was one of our best New Year vacations, all thanks to the wonderful service from Mr. Franklin and his family. Gary was also very helpful in ensuring everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back.

The rooms were okay and worth the money during the off-season. However, the attitude of the owners was really bad. They kept saying "No" to everything we asked for. On the bright side, the staff member Garry was a nice guy and served us well. \nThe food wasnt great. Only a few dishes, like crunchy chicken fry and golden chicken fry, were good. But most of the other dishes were disappointing. We ordered milkshakes, but they gave us lassis, which tasted bad. We also ordered pepper chicken, but they served uncooked chicken pieces with just salt and a little pepper.

Worst stay ever. The hotel is in really bad condition. The bathroom latch wouldn't close, and they gave us a very small bucket for bathing. The building is very old and not maintained at all. They're charging a lot just because it's close to the beach. You can find a much better place to stay a little further from the beach at a more reasonable price.
