My experience at Muthoot Gold Point was not good. First, they offer a rate that is ?3500-4000 less than the market price. The rate may be slightly lower, but that's understandable. After that, they melt the gold, and the pure gold they get is reduced by 3%. Then, they charge extra fees, and in the end, you get much less money than expected.

Worst experience. They are just looting people and not providing any information about hidden charges or detailed terms and conditions.
