It was an amazing experience with My Ooty Tours. We enjoyed every moment of our visit. The property was beautiful, with a great view of the mountains and tea gardens. The driver was kind and acted more like a tour guide. Although we missed a few spots due to the weather and traffic, it was a minor issue. I highly recommend this for a family trip.

The travel service did not meet our expectations. They charge extra for even small distances beyond the itinerary, and the driver was very rude. Because of his behavior, our trip was disturbed. Please train your drivers to be more respectful to guests. It felt like they were focused on personal benefits rather than customer satisfaction.

I contacted them, and they told me they only offer packages, not individual cab services. However, their website says they provide cab services. This is very misleading.
