We had a very bad experience with Nate. We gave an advance payment for a laundry washer & extractor for our laundry business, but later canceled the order. When we asked for a refund, they started yelling at us, with some staff using rude language and being unprofessional. They refused to refund the advance, saying we didn�t have evidence of the payment made to Nate. We regret contacting them.
