I came to the salon for hair setting and saree draping, and they did an excellent job. Dhanushri did a great job with my hair, and Madhu at the front desk helped me with the last-minute appointment and was very helpful. It�s a great place with excellent service

The customer service was awful. A staff member asked us to wait for 5 minutes at the parlour, but we never heard back from them. We had to follow up twice before we got any response. \nThe service itself was also very disappointing. \nHonestly, all the other Naturals salons in Coimbatore are much better when it comes to customer service than the one at Racecourse. I'm really disappointed.

I booked an appointment for 8:30 AM today, but when I arrived, they asked me to wait because there were two other services happening. They said they didn�t notice my appointment was at 8:30. Honestly, I don�t get why there�s such a thing as an appointment if they don�t respect the time. It�s ridiculous.
