My mom and I visited the salon for a hair wash and haircut. They did a great job, considering our hair type and volume. I was recommended the Nashi Hair wash for my scalp type, and the massage that followed was very relaxing. The stylists are very knowledgeable and make sure to keep your suggestions in mind while doing what's best for your hair.

Their service is great, but if they try to convince you to cut your hair length when you don�t want to, don�t listen. I didn�t want to cut it, but the hairstylist kept insisting, and I felt bad saying no. It was a mistake I won�t repeat. My hair was healthy, but he lied to convince me to cut more. Now, I have to wait 6 months to a year for it to grow back. It�s my fault, but please tell your hairstylists to respect a client's decision if they don�t want to lose their hair length. It takes a long time to grow. Everything else was good, the environment and the hairstylist, but he didn�t listen to what I wanted.

I�m not satisfied. Guru suggested I get a hair smoothing treatment for 8500/-. After two days, I went back for a hair wash, and they did a blow dry. But after the hair wash, my hair still looks the same as before the smoothing treatment. It was a waste of money and time. This is an honest review � bad experience overall.
