The service was terrible and ruined my son�s birthday party. I asked for a refund, but there's been no proper response. Their customer service is the worst, and they don�t care about their customers. Don�t order for birthday parties. My son�s birthday was a few days ago, and I�m still waiting for my refund, even though I paid for the cake immediately when I ordered. Very, very poor service.
