Comfortable stay near Kozhikode Mofussil bus station. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The food was tasty, especially the local dishes. Great location for exploring the town.

It's a very old tower with mold and water dripping inside the rooms. The breakfast is so bad, it's better to just drink water and leave. However, the cafe in front is amazing

The food was bad. I heard about this place because of good reviews, especially for their Pot Biryani. But it was horrible. The oil used was bad, and the pot smelled of used oil. It's a waste of time if you're looking for tasty Biryani. The service was also poor. I do not recommend this place.
