There is no customer service, and I will never stay in this hotel again. The booking confirmation said breakfast was included, but when I checked in, they added extra charges for it. I booked for one night, but the system showed two nights. The front manager refused to accept their mistake and kept justifying it.

I booked just the dinner buffet. The taste wasn't great, though the desserts were good. The ambiance is nice if you book a candlelight dinner, but otherwise, it feels like a regular crowded restaurant.

The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. Check-in and check-out were easy. The breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable with a great view. There�s nothing to complain about! Its proximity to the city made sightseeing easy. I would be happy to return.
