The lift wasn't working, but we still stayed. The rest of the services were nice, and the environment was great. It's always a pleasure staying at Octave. Thank you

I found cockroaches in the bathroom and holes in the bedsheet, but the staff was kind enough to change my room. The new room was fine. The location is great, with most places just a 15-20 minute drive away.

Don't be fooled by the pictures online. The rooms are not well-maintained. The bathrooms are not clean and are full of cockroaches. The room smells bad if it's locked for a while. Very poorly maintained.
