Octave Hotel JM Residency

I made a last minute booking and accidentally booked a non-AC room. To my surprise, the hotel upgraded me to an AC room for free. The staff was amazing, helping with everything, even waking up in the middle of the night for our Swiggy delivery. It was a great experience, better than expected. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return

The area is very small, and at night there is a lot of noise from outside, which makes it hard to sleep.

The rooms were below average and the toilet had a bad smell. I was charged an extra 700 Rs for a late checkout of about 4 hours. When I asked earlier, a staff member told me there would be no extra charge since I am a regular customer. But at checkout, the manager asked me to pay half the cost of a full day. If I had been told correctly, I would have checked out on time to avoid paying extra. I don�t recommend this place. The only positive was that the cleaning staff were very friendly and humble.
