Only bathrooms can be improved. Rest all are good and the staff is exceptional.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel. The hospitality was poor, and the staff seemed untrained and unhelpful. The rates are too high for the quality you get, and the place looked nothing like the photos online. When I tried to reach them via intercom, they didn't respond. \n \nI booked a suite for 6600rs for one night, but it felt more like a standard room. The AC didn�t work properly, and when I reported it, the staff said I didn�t know how to use it. I asked to change rooms, and although the manager agreed, the staff refused. The bedsheets weren't even properly arranged. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel it was a big mistake to book here.

I had a great stay here. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the location is perfect, especially if you're near Infosys. The only downside is that there�s no restaurant, but they do offer a good breakfast for an extra fee. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at an affordable price.
