We hired a one-day rental car and got a Nexon for 3k. We picked it up from the location, and the car was clean. They asked us to check the documents and take pictures of the car, and we returned it in the same condition. Augustin Christopher and another person made the process smooth. My suggestion is to avoid paperwork and make everything digital.

It's better to use a travel car with a driver instead of renting a self-driving car. There's the stress of worrying about car damage, paying double at toll gates, and no pick-up or drop-off service. I will never recommend this.

They provided the worst service I have ever experienced. I booked a car in the morning, and the customer care confirmed it would be delivered to my doorstep on time. But the owner called and said there would be a delay and asked me to pick up the car from the location. Because of this, I had to cancel my plans. The customer care did not help resolve the issue, and I didn't get my advance payment back. It was the worst service. Don't book a car on this website; it's better to try Uber or Ola intercity.
