Original Goldee Punjabi Dhaba

This is the perfect place to enjoy food after having South Indian food for many days. The restaurant serves authentic North Indian food. We went there for dinner after visiting Govind Raj Swami temple, and it's very close to the temple. They offer various thalis, but we had a few Punjabi dishes and tandoori roti. It fully satisfied our expectations. I will visit again.

This dhaba is not for people who prefer quality. It's more suitable for those from villages. We ordered Gobi 65, Kaju Masala, Dal Fry, Roti, and Jeera Rice. The Kaju Masala was so spicy it made me sweat and I couldn't eat it. The Gobi 65 and Dal Fry were also not tasty; they seemed to be made just to serve, not to satisfy customers. The dhaba was very dirty, with tissue papers, lemon pieces, and other trash everywhere. The wash basin was clogged, and water was overflowing.

The people are very bad, and the service is poor. I ordered white rice, but they gave no pickles or sambar. The owner asked me to pay 110 rupees for rice that cost 70 rupees, and I ended up leaving the rice uneaten.
