OYO Flagship Hotel Royal King

The hotel is fine for a stay. You can book it through OYO. The rooms are okay, but there is no restaurant. You can get tea whenever you ask for it. If you want something else, there are shops nearby. However, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

Extremely poor service. I booked 2 double bed rooms and called in to confirm, but when we arrived, the staff said no rooms were available. They tried to make us settle for one room. The staff was rude and asked us to complain to OYO. The bed was clean, but the walls and toilets were not. Worst experience with OYO booking. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Cheaters! Worst place. They canceled my fully paid booking 2 days before check-in without any notice or support. The person on the phone was extremely rude, and OYO support was of no help. Very disappointing experience.
