The hotel is located in the heart of Guntur city, opposite the Guntur railway station, with good transport facilities. The rooms are decent, with amenities like Wi-Fi, proper ventilation, cleanliness, and prompt service. The prices are reasonable. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

They are no longer associated with OYO. When I went to check in, they refused entry, saying they are not with OYO anymore. I had already paid online in advance. When I contacted OYO, they only refunded my money and did not provide an alternative place to stay. The customer service was poor.
