OYO Petunia Boutique Hotel

This is a fantastic hotel. The manager is very kind and always helpful. The hotel is worth the money, and the rooms are clean and neat. I always prefer to stay here. Nice stay

I had a booking through Agoda and followed up with the caretaker. When I arrived at 9:15 p.m., the caretaker told me all rooms were full and refused to let me in. After a long discussion, he gave me a room but charged me an extra Rs. 200. The AC didn't cool properly, and the fan was too noisy. In the morning, the geyser wasn't working. They also didn't provide a bill and asked for payment via GPay, which was in someone's name. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

The room was very unclean, and there was no water supply when I arrived. I reached in the morning, but received water only in the evening. The chair, bathroom door, and ventilation were all broken. There were also worms in the bed and desk, causing itching. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel unless they improve cleanliness and fix the issues.
