Hello, I stayed for one night and the rooms were clean with a good atmosphere. The front office staff, Ms. Sameera, helped with a smooth check-in and check-out. Thanks to her and for the good property in the heart of Vijayawada.

Very poor staff. This hotel doesn�t care about customers, even elderly people. I wasted 2 hours of my time, and the staff shouted at customers. Very disappointing.

OK hotel avoid it if you're expecting star facilities. The location is tricky, and the rooms are mediocre with a bad smell. The reception staff lacks communication skills. I booked for 2 days but left after 2 minutes. The only good thing was they refunded my money.
