Parkwood Suites

Everything was good. I really loved the room and room service. The complimentary breakfast was also great. All the employees were good. I think this is the best hotel.

Very bad service for the price my company is paying. They don�t change bed sheets regularly, and breakfast options are limited. There are almost no TV channels if you're staying long, and they won�t upgrade the pack. The management isn�t nice, except for the reception staff.

The operations manager and night manager are rude and unhelpful. They keep changing their stance and don�t keep commitments, making the reception experience unpleasant. The only positive was Ms. Nandini at the reception, who was helpful.
