Maybe I'm the first person to give them a 1-star review. We took rat control service from them, and their team put 10-12 sticky sheets in our shop over 3 weeks. Only 10 small rats were caught, while the bigger rats kept ruining our products. They still sent us a bill of 4,800 INR just for placing the sheets. When we tried to explain to the owner that the problem wasn�t solved, he kept talking and didn�t listen. We told him that less than 10% of the rats were caught, but he just kept boasting about his policies. We are definitely not satisfied with their work or methods.
