One of the best shops in Pondicherry They have awesome pet products like leashes and collars. The grooming service was amazing, and the staff knows how to handle pets and answer questions for pet parents. The shop is also very neat and clean. Overall, The Pet City is a great shop for pets, and they have parking available too.

The staff and service were horrible. They lied about the price for the cat spa; they said it would be 500, but when I got there, they charged 800. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by offering their services. My cat had a terrible experience and was scared. They didn't use proper protection or check the pressure before using the dryer on my pet. Think twice before going here it's a rip off.
