We took our cat for trimming because it was getting too hot for a Turkish Angora with a thick coat. The service was not professional. The trimmer asked us to hold the cat while using scissors to cut the hair, and the trimmer wasn�t of professional quality. What's the point if the owner has to help the so-called professional groomers? Also, they didn't have hand sanitizers available. Avoid this place if you have other options.

The name of this kennel is really concerning, and it matches the poor service. First, their contact number is always out of range or they just don't answer. There's no proper system for scheduled visits. My dog lost so much weight that I could see his ribs. The cages are in terrible condition. He started crying when I went to see him.
